Hall Hire

At the Cairns and District Senior Citizens Association our facilities are available for hire, so you can host your own special event or occasion.

With capacity for up to 100 guests, no matter the type of event, we have everything you need.

We provide air-conditioning, a stage and lighting for your event and also have kitchen facilities available, making it incredibly easy and convenient for you.

We hire out the hall empty, however we can supply you with tables and chairs if required. Our team does not provide set up but you are able to set the hall up in whatever way suits you and your event.

We have had many events hosted within our facility and it is a popular location for a variety of functions including:

  • Speaking events

  • Corporate events

  • Wakes

  • Church gatherings

  • Group functions

Our facilities are maintained well so everything is always kept clean and neat, so all you have to do is turn up and set things up as you would like them, without having to worry about anything else.

Our committee are more than happy to show you through the venue prior and discuss all of the amenities that are available for use, and because we have hosted many events, we can even assist you with ideas on how you could set things up for your event for the most success and the best atmosphere.

As an all-inclusive association, our space is well designed and caters to those of all abilities including access ramps, toileting facilities and an easy access car park.
